3.4: Reversibility

I disabled Cmd+Z in GIMP — no undo, no returns. I became more careful with each step, more aware of what I added. The process slowed down, but intention increased. As a form of hacking, it wasn’t about modifying the tool's capabilities, but its logic. Undo assumes reversibility — that actions can be erased without consequence. Disabling it turned design into a continuous, accountable process.
